Please review the following terms and conditions relating to this reservation.


MANAGEMENT POLICY

Terms and Conditions

·         Check-in time is 3:00pm (4pm during peak season)

·         Check-out time is 11:00am

·         Guest agrees to schedule arrival and departure at stated times. Keys are not available until check-in time.

·         Check-in Check-out Location: All keys will be distributed from our office. Our hours are 9:00am - 8:00pm Mon-Sat, 10:30am - 5:00pm on Sunday.

·         Payment Policy: A one night deposit is required at the time of booking (Visa/MasterCard/Discover,). Balance due on arrival by credit card All payments made by check must be received (14) days prior to arrival. Check and cash payments are refunded by check or credit card for cancellations.

 

·         Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation MORE than thirty (30) days from the arrival date during season and (14) days during the off-season, your deposit is to be refunded less $50.00 cancellation fee.. If you cancel thirty days in season and fourteen days during the off-season or LESS from the commencement date, your deposit will be forfeited, unless your original dates are rebooked. For reservations that are prepaid, 100% of all monies collected will be forfeited to the owner unless your original dates are rebooked

·         No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather.

 

·         Security Deposit: All reservations require a security deposit to be held during your stay. In lieu of a cash deposit a MC/VISA/DISCOVER imprint will be acceptable at check-in to secure your deposit. Guest acknowledges agent's authority to charge guest's credit card for damages to unit rented.

 

·         Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Owner for any damages to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which is a result of your occupancy in or on the property. Owner & Agent my re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs. Owner & Agent are not responsible for articles left on premises.

 

·         Substitution of Accommodations: Circumstances may cause your confirmed unit to be unavailable. Therefore, Casa Playa Resort  reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations. We cannot guarantee the confirmed rate in these circumstances; however, accommodations and rates will be subject to your approval.

 

·         Pets are not permitted except for designated pet floors which must be prearranged at the time of booking in accordance with pet polices of the association..

 

·         Student Groups are not permitted: Students unaccompanied by a parent will not be permitted to register. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid and the party will not be permitted to occupy any unit in Casa Playa Resort.

 

·         Condominium Rules: Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that you will adhere to the rules and regulations set by individual condominiums or homeowner association.

 

·         Telephone Usage: Each unit is equipped with a telephone. Long distance calls must be charged to a long distance card calling service, credit card, or paid at the end of your stay. Local calls are billed at fifty cents (.50) per call. Toll free calls are considered local calls.

 

·         Cleaning: All condos and homes are cleaned prior to arrival and at departure. Maid service is performed every other day for reservations of three nights or longer. For those shorter reservations additional linens or supplies are available upon request.

 

·         Supplies: All units are fully equipped for your enjoyment with Cable TV, microwave and kitchen supplies for "everyday cooking", central air and a Starter Supply kit including soap, Kleenex, toilet paper, and paper towels.

 

·         Maximum Occupancy: the unit can be occupied by no more than the maximum number of persons indicated on this confirmation. Occupancy is defined as any overnight stay.

 

·         In the event occupancy is exceeded, guest acknowledges that the owner, owners’ agent or condominium association will remove them from the unit and retain all monies whether earned or unearned.

 

·         Parking is complimentary for one vehicle only. Additional parking spaces are not available. The parking of trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, RVs or larger than average vehicles is not permitted.
